Communications Networking

In March 1997, LIRE’s assessment and recommendations for harmonizing and centralizing environmental electronic data distribution in the NIS led to proposals for an NIS Environmental Data Network. Carried out on behalf of Ogilvy, Adams & Reinhard, Brussels/HUKS and funded by Tacis.
